Who we are
AutoMarket Nigeria ("we") is the data controller for personal data processed through our platform. Contact us via the Contact page.
How we use data
To verify identity, match repairs, process payments and payouts, generate Vehicle Passport reports, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We rely on consent, contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation as lawful bases.
Sensitive identifiers
Your identity number is never shown in public profiles, listings, messages, or reports. Access is restricted, encrypted, and logged. Where possible we store a verification reference rather than the raw number.
Sharing & transfers
We share data only with processors that help us operate — identity verification, payments, logistics, cloud, and AI — under data-processing agreements, and where required by law. Where processing occurs outside Nigeria, we apply safeguards consistent with the NDPA.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and applicable law.
